SHAMPOO MAKING PROCEDURE

Here's a guide for making shampoo:

Ingredients:

- 1 cup distilled water 💧

- 1/2 cup shampoo base or sulfates 🧖

- 1/4 cup coconut oil or other moisturizing oil 🥥

- 2 tablespoons olive oil or other nourishing oil 💦

- 2 teaspoons vitamin E oil or other antioxidant 💊

- 1 teaspoon fragrance oil or essential oil (optional) 🎂

- 1 teaspoon preservative (optional) 🚫

- pH adjuster (citric acid or sodium hydroxide) ⚗️


Instructions:

1. Mix distilled water and shampoo base: Combine distilled water and shampoo base in a bowl 🍲.

2. Add coconut oil and olive oil: Mix in coconut oil and olive oil until well combined 🌿.

3. Add vitamin E oil and fragrance oil (if using): Stir in vitamin E oil and fragrance oil (if using) 🌸.

4. Heat the mixture (optional): If using a preservative, heat the mixture to around 40°C (104°F) to facilitate dissolution ♨️.

5. Add preservative (if using): Stir in preservative (if using) 🚫.

6. Adjust pH: Use a pH adjuster (citric acid or sodium hydroxide) to adjust the pH of the shampoo to around 5.5 ⚗️.

7. Filter and fill: Filter the shampoo into clean, sterilized bottles 🧹.

8. Quality control: Perform quality control checks, including pH testing, viscosity measurement, and visual inspection 🔍.

2. Add distilled water and catalyst: Mix in distilled water and catalyst (sodium hydroxide) 🌿.

3. Heat the mixture: Heat the mixture to around 50°C (122°F) to facilitate dissolution ♨️.

4. Add glycerin and fragrance oil (if using): Stir in glycerin and fragrance oil (if using) 🌸.

5. Adjust pH: Use a pH adjuster (citric acid or sodium hydroxide) to adjust the pH of the shampoo to around 5.5 ⚗️.

6. Filter and fill: Filter the shampoo into clean, sterilized bottles 🧹.
