Ingredients:
1. 200g Korean black bean paste (jjajang) π½
2. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil π§
3. 1 onion, diced π
4. 2 cloves garlic, minced π‘
5. 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, zucchini, potatoes) π₯
6. 200g noodles (jjajangmyeon or thick, chewy noodles) π
7. Salt and sugar to taste ❗️
8. Optional: meat ( beef) or seafood π️
Instructions:
1. Cook noodles according to package instructions π¦
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat π₯
3. Add onion and garlic; stir-fry until softened πͺ
4. Add mixed vegetables; stir-fry until tender π₯
5. Add black bean paste; stir-fry until fragrant
