Nigerian-Style Fried Rice Recipe for Parties 🎉

Ingredients:

1. Rice: 2 cups (uncooked) 🍚

2. Vegetable oil: 2-3 tablespoons 💧

3. Onion: 1 medium, diced 🍠

4. Tomatoes: 2 medium, diced 🍅

Instructions
