How I Met My Fiance By Mosunmola'C

How I Met My Fiancé

It was a sunny Saturday afternoon in Lagos, and I, Raheemah, had just finished a meeting with a potential client for my fashion business 💼. As I walked out of the café, I stumbled upon a small, quirky bookstore that I had never noticed before 📚. The sign above the door read "Page & Co.", and out of curiosity, I pushed the door open and stepped inside 🚪.

The store was dimly lit, with shelves upon shelves of books that seemed to stretch up to the ceiling 📖. I wandered through the aisles, running my fingers over the spines of the books, feeling the texture of the covers 🤗. As I turned a corner, I collided with a tall, handsome man who was kneeling on the floor, surrounded by stacks of books 😳.

"Oh, I'm so sorry!" I exclaimed, as we both reached out to pick up the books that had scattered across the floor 🙈.

The man looked up at me, and our eyes met for the first time 💫. I felt a jolt of electricity run through my body, and I couldn't help but smile 😊.

"It's okay, I'm the one who should be apologizing," he said, with a charming smile 😊. "I'm Solih, the owner of this bookstore 📚."

"I'm Raheemah," I replied, taking his hand in mine 🤝.

As we stood up, Solih asked me if I was looking for anything in particular 🤔. I told him that I was just browsing, and he offered to show me some of his favorite books 📖.

We spent the next hour talking about books, music, and life in general 📚. I was struck by Solih's kindness, intelligence, and sense of humor 😊.

As the sun began to set, Solih asked me if I'd like to grab a cup of coffee with him ☕️. I agreed, and we walked to a nearby café 🏃‍♀️.

Over coffee, our conversation flowed effortlessly 💬. We talked about our dreams, aspirations, and values 💕. I felt like I had known Solih my whole life 🤗.

As the evening drew to a close, Solih walked me to my car 🚗. We stood outside, talking and laughing, until the stars began to twinkle in the sky 🌃.

"I had a wonderful time tonight, Raheemah," Solih said, smiling at me 😊.

"I did too, Solih," I replied, smiling back at him 😊.

From that day on, Solih and I were inseparable 💏. We spent our days exploring the city, attending book readings, and just enjoying each other's company 🤗.

A year later, Solih proposed to me in the same bookstore where we first met 💍. I said yes, and we hugged each other tightly, surrounded by the books that had brought us together 📚.

Now, as I look back on that chance encounter, I realize that sometimes, the best things in life are the ones we least expect 🤯.

And I'm grateful for that serendipitous moment, because it led me to the love of my life 💕.
